It exceeded my expectations, it was by far the best experience of my life. I learnt just how lucky I am and that I should never take what I have for granted.
The most important aspect of the trip for me was Global awareness. We are not exposed to a lot of poverty, so it was good to learn about it in another part of the world.
I expected to learn a lot and we did. Expected pupils to engage, be inspired, challenged, shaken out of their comfort zones - most were at some point although this trip will probably affect them for the future too in ways yet unknown.
A very strong trip. It offered an insight into agencies that would not be possible as an ordinary outsider. We had engaging individuals leading sessions, who had lots of experience. There was also a good range of workshops
The organisation and support during the trip was vital for its outstanding success. The trip exceeded all of my expectations by far. All of the activities contributed to greater understanding of India and the success of the trip.
One of the most eye-opening experiences ever. Not only did I learn about a new culture, but the trip tested my friendships and resilience in many good ways and I'm really glad I went!
